Here are a few samples of my mini cinnamon rolls that I made a few nights ago as a trial for my brother's wedding. They are yummy - secret recipe =)

It's amazing, one batch of dough makes 12 large cinnamon rolls, or 32 (possibly 40) mini ones. I can't believe that I can squeeze three to four times more out of one batch if I make mini ones! I'm hooked and probably won't make big ones again for a while! Mini are the way to make way more people happy!
