My Cinnamon Rolls

Here are a few samples of my mini cinnamon rolls that I made a few nights ago as a trial for my brother's wedding. They are yummy - secret recipe =)

It's amazing, one batch of dough makes 12 large cinnamon rolls, or 32 (possibly 40) mini ones. I can't believe that I can squeeze three to four times more out of one batch if I make mini ones! I'm hooked and probably won't make big ones again for a while! Mini are the way to make way more people happy!

Merry Christmas everyone!

I've been on vacation and so haven't been able to post (I can access the Internet from home, but can't post!). So, I'm back at work and am able to post once again! I figured the best first post of 2008 would be one of the boys' Christmas presents! But, they are still on my camera and I forgot to bring my camera to school today so I guess I'm all out of luck!
